1. Make sure you have an active Prime Gaming subscription
2. Make sure you link the correct EA account to your Prime Gaming account
3. Head to the link here
4. Click Claim
5. Log into FIFA 23 Ultimate Team
6. In-game message will confirm pack being credited to your account
7. Open the pack in the store

• 12x Rare Consumables
• 1x Lionel Messi Loan Player (20 Matches)
