FIFA 23 Winter Best Of: Full List of Players

FIFA 23 Winter Best Of players went into packs on Dec. 25 as a nice Christmas Day surprise for FIFA Ultimate Team fans.
EA Sports will periodically release promotional squads in packs called 'Best Of' which include the best items from a previous set of promotions. As part of Winter Wildcards, EA Sports released the Winter Best of squad giving fans even more items to pack during the holiday event. As far as what's included in packs, that remains a bit of a mystery.
EA Sports has not fully published the list of Winter Best Of items anywhere outside of a handful of items through in-game promotional imagery.
