One nightmarish amalgamation of bits and bobbles is terrifying and frustrating players of FNAF Security Breach.
There are plenty of frightening aspects of Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach. After all, the main franchise is a survival horror series. From murderous rabbits to rabid animatronics, FNAF is full of things meant to strike fear into players' hearts. One such unique encounter is The Blob.
FNAF: Security Breach 'The Blob' Explained
The Blob is a tangled mass of endoskeleton machinery made of several enmeshed parts of other animatronics—the most notable of which is the head Funtime Freddy. Others include the upper body of Chica with pieces of Circus Baby, Marionette, Mangle, and Bonnie. The sheer amount of parts makes The Blob among the largest characters in the entire franchise.
Spoilers exist beyond this point! We encourage readers only to read on if they've reach this part of Security Breach, beat it, or don't mind being spoiled.
Players first encounter The Blob in the lower levels of the Mega Plex within the Pizzeria Simulator location. Glamrock Freddy will describe it as his friend when passing by. Unsurprisingly, players will need to be inside Glamrock Freddy to keep The Blob from attacking.
During the final fight, The Blob will use its various cords to attack Gregory and try to break into the office. Once Gregory ignites various parts of the ruined pizzeria, causing the area to go up in flames, The Blob will reappear and attack Burntrap before fleeing the scene entirely.
No information is known concerning the location where The Blob ends up after this.
