DreamHack invited Fnatic to its DreamHack Masters Malmo event, the tournament organizer announced Wednesday

Fnatic is the second Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team confirmed for DreamHack Masters Malmo. The Swedish side joins Astralis as the two invited teams so far.

Danish side OpTic Gaming earned a spot at the second Masters event of the year after winning DreamHack Summer. Although, it remains to be seen if the players will represent OpTic at the event after the organization was acquired by Immortals Gaming Club.

Fnatic failed to make it out of the group stage at DreamHack Masters Dallas after falling to FURIA and Renegades. The team is set to compete in the StarLadder European Minor with hopes of qualifying for the second Major of the year.
