Fortnite Chapter 2 Map: All Named Locations
Fortnite Chapter 2's map has been revealed, but players still don't know all there is to know about the mysterious new island. The map available online omits the names of its major locations, tasking players with exploring all the new locations for themselves.
If you haven't got the time to discover it all for yourself, here's what you need to know about the named locations in Fortnite Chapter 2.
Fortnite Sweaty Sands Location
Sweaty Sands is one of the 10 new named locations in Fortnite Chapter 2. This beach-side resort can be found on the west side of the island, just south of a huge lagoon.
Fortnite Craggy Cliffs Location
Craggy Cliffs lies at the mouth of the river that runs to the north coast of the island, just east of center. Its location makes it an excellent launch point for boats.
Fortnite Steamy Stacks Location
Steamy Stacks is a power plant that lies in the northeast corner of the island.
Fortnite Frenzy Farm Location
Frenzy Farm, a spiritual successor to Fatal Fields, is a sprawling farm found just northeast of the center of the map. It can be picked out even without a name, marked on the map as it is with yellow grass instead of green.
Fortnite Holly Hedges Location
Holly Hedges lies directly south of Sweaty Sands and northwest of Weeping Woods. It's just inland of the center of the west coast of the map.
Fortnite Dirty Docks Location
Dirty Docks juts out from the east coast of the island, just north of the middle latitude and all but in line with the miniature island at the new map's center.
Fortnite Weeping Woods Location
Weeping Woods recalls Wailing Woods from Fortnite seasons past. It's the densely wooded area north of Slurpy Swamp's dark green grasses. It's also just southwest of Holly Hedges, and directly south of Salty Springs.
Fortnite Slurpy Swamp Location
Slurpy Swamp appears to be the bottling plant for Slurp Co, the company that makes Slurp Juice. The fetid-looking swamp makes up the majority of the southwest corner of the map.
Fortnite Misty Meadows Location
Misty Meadows is a charming village located south of the middle of the map, just below a sizable lake with two islands inside. On the other side of the lake is Lazy Lake, and to the west lies Slurpy Swamp.
Fortnite Lazy Lake Location
Lazy Lake lies on the north bank of the lake above Misty Meadows. Directly east of it stands Retail Row.
Fortnite Retail Row Chapter 2 Location
Retail Row returns in Fortnite Chapter 2. It's largely untouched by the calamity of island-hopping, and is now found in the southeast portion of the map, north of the snow-capped mountains at the island's edge.
Fortnite Salty Springs Chapter 2 Location
Salty Springs also returns. It sports a highly central location: straight south from Pleasant Park, southeast of Sweaty Sands, northeast of Holly Hedges and north of Weeping Woods.
Fortnite Pleasant Park Chapter 2 Location
Pleasant Park is the last carryover from Fortnite Chapter 1. Players will find it in the north-northwest of the map. Roads lead into it from the east and the south.
