Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 Name Revealed

Epic Games has finally revealed the name for Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3.

Fortnite MEGA has dominated the Battle Royale for months after introducing four new Japanese-inspired POIs to the southeast portion of the map. Chapter 4 Season 2 also dropped popular collaborations with Attack on Titan, Star Wars, and most recently, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.

The surprise launch of Fortnite Ranked added an extra layer of excitement to the already successful season. With so many new features and cosmetics to explore, the next major update took a backseat until now.

Here's a breakdown of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3's theme and title.

Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 Name Revealed

According to a short teaser released by Epic Games, Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 is called Fortnite WILDS. The name supports recent leaks that the upcoming update will bring a new jungle biome to the map.

The trailer shows a quick preview of a possible new POI with tall trees, colorful flowers, and a stream. A castle sits beyond the water in the middle of the forest, similar in appearance to The Citadel.

Based on the Week 12 quests, fans can expect the new biome to replace Anvil Sqaure. The middle of the map, where the medieval biome meets the grasslands, is in desperate need of an update and could also house new features in the next season.

Fortnite WILDS goes live on June 9.
