Fortnite Creator Challenge: Everything You Need to Know

The Fortnite & Twitch Creators' Challenge began on Nov. 16 and an opportunity for players to support a favorite Twitch creator to win Fortnite and Twitch prizes.

Players can team up with one of three content creators: NateHill, SkivexFN, and Euzey_, all who earned their spot in the event after winning Glitchcon featuring Fortnite.

The challenge will run from Nov. 16 through Nov. 22 and will be limited to the first 500,000 participants. Some of the featured prizes are Emotes, Emoticons, as well as Twitch Bits, and even V-Bucks.

One caveat is that participants must be a legal U.S. resident and 13 years of age or older. The official requirements are here.

To get started, prospective participants should go to creatorschallenge.fortnite.com and login with their Epic ID. After that, choose the Twitch Creator you would like to support for the challenge and then you are ready to rock and roll. That landing page is where you can track your progress as well as claim any rewards that are earned.

Fortnite & Twitch Creator Challenges

The challenges are split into two categories: Daily and Community Challenges. However, the daily challenges will only be available for the first 100,000 participants. The other 400,000 participants will be enrolled as "fans" and will be eligible to complete the Community Challenges.

Throughout the challenge, each day will present daily tasks to complete in Fortnite and on Twitch. There will be two Community Challenges that will be available throughout the entirety of the challenge, and these will require teams to work together to reap the rewards.

A simple subscription to any of the participating Twitch Creators at any point throughout the Creators' Challenge will earn you a Fortnite Banner and Twitch Chat Emote!

Community Challenges

  • Watch the Creator for a total of 10,000,000 minutes. ( Reward is a Twitch Chat Emote)
  • Play Fortnite for a total of 10,000,000 minutes. (Reward is a Fortnite Emoticon.)

Daily Challenges

Nov.16:

  • Follow the Creator's channel after linking your Twitch account.
  • Play for a total of 20 minutes in the Solo game mode. (Receive a Fortnite Emoticon)

Nov. 17:

  • Watch Creator's stream for a total of 30 minutes.
  • Three Eliminations in the Solo game mode. (Receive 100 V-Bucks)

Nov. 18:

  • Make a comment with the word "Fortnite" in the Creator's chat.
  • Play for a total of 30 minutes in the Duos game mode. (Receive a Fortnite Banner)

Nov. 19:

  • Follow the Fortnite Twitch account.
  • Top 25 in a Solo game. (Receive a Fortnite Emoticon)

Nov. 20:

  • Use 500 channel points on the Creator's channel.
  • 5 eliminations in the Squads game mode. (Receive a Twitch Chat Emote)

Nov. 21:

  • Send any emote received during the Creator's Challenge.
  • Place in Top 25 for a total of 5 times in the Duos game mode. (Receive a Twitch Chat Emote)

Nov. 22:

  • Watch the Creator's stream for a total of 30 minutes or subscribe to the Creator's channel.
  • Play for a total of 60 minutes in the Solo game mode. (Receive 100 Twitch Bits)
