The Fortnite Last Resort trailer is now live with a preview of the new map, Mythics, and Battle Pass skins coming in Chapter 4 Season 4. Oh, and vampires have officially come to the island.

Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4 leaks have already teased three new POIs coming to the medieval biome in Fortnite Last Resort, and now, the season trailer gives fans their first look. A host of new characters break into Eclipsed Estate using new weapons and tools never-before-seen in Fortnite. Along the way, they encounter a few deadly Mythics and enemies set to headline the upcoming update.

Fortnite Last Resort Trailer Explained: New Map

The Fortnite Last Resort Trailer reveals Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4's new map. Epic Games has now confirmed at least one of the new POIs invading the map after several were leaked earlier in the week.

The trailer shows that Eclipsed Estate, the new sprawling mansion surrounded by water, has indeed replaced The Citadel. The outside of the compound is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also has plenty of levels and space to navigate in Zero Build. The POI will definitely be the most popular drop spot come tomorrow.

Fortnite Last Resort Trailer Explained: Mythics

The Fortnite Last Resort trailer also showcases Eclipsed Estate's heavily guarded Vault that contains multiple fan-favorite Mythic weapons. We get our first official look at the return of Midas' Drum Gun, as well as some other new gadgets coming in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4.

One of the characters uses the a Business Turret that automatically fires at nearby enemies while another character breaks down the Vault wall with the Rocket Ram. Plus, Kado Thorne is seen with what looks like a Kinetic Blade strapped across his back.

Fortnite Last Resort Trailer Explained: Vampires

The Fortnite Last Resort trailer also reveals that Kado Thorne is a vampire. The new face in Chapter 4 Season 4 owns the three new POIs full of deadly weapons and priceless artifacts that all fans will be looking to raid.

The trailer ends with Thorne flying into his Vault and attacking the rest of the Battle Pass skins. Although we do not know if vampires will truly invade Fortnite or if Thorne is the only one, the additional of the supernatural certainly adds some more intrigue.
