Fortnite fans will have an entirely new landscape to traverse in Chapter 3. As many already know, Fortnite Island saw a major transformation at the end of Chapter 2. The landmass completely flipped over to reveal a second side with new biomes, locations, characters, weapons, and more. Players may find themselves thrown for a loop once again with the unfamiliar terrain. Fortunately, we're here to help.

Here's what we know about the brand new Fortnite Map.

We have a graphic of the map as it was revealed, complete with snow and location names, embedded below for players looking to put "faces to names" for these locations. As fans can clearly see, nearly 2/3 of the new island is completely covered with snow and ice. According to Epic Games, however, this won't last for long. The island is set to thaw over the course of the story.

Some of the coldest locations on the map are Greasy Grove and Logjam Lumberyard in the south and northeastern corners, respectively. Other frigid locales include Camp Cuddle—where players can unleash their inner happy camper—and Shifty Shafts.

Those who appreciate warmer weather will find it in the tropics to the west where the Seven has their headquarters: the Sanctuary. While the organization has outposts scattered across the island, this particular compound is where they hang their hats. Players will also find The Daily Bugle building covered in webs to the north and The Joneses to the south.

Desert dwellers should travel directly south to avoid the winter weather. This arid biome contains the "cozy" Condo Canyon living quarters and the off-road racing track at Chonker's Speedway.

Thanks to Fortnite Flipped, fans can view the entire island at the official Flip the Island webpage.
