Fortnite Update 15.50 Patch Notes Explained
As for the size of the update, Xbox One players will have a 2.85GB update while the PS4 will have a 2.18GB. The new patch is removing the Hand Cannon and adding the Run Gun SMG. The weapon will be available in common, uncommon, rare, epic, and legendary variants.
On top of the new weapon, Epic Games is adding three new LTMs. The first is called Bodyguard. Teams will have one player on their team who can't loot and is marked on the map for all enemies to see. Keep him alive or your team loses.
The next is Heavy Metal where all weapons on the map are the Heavy variants. Same battle royale chaos, but with a heavy factor. Lastly, there is Classic Loot. The same battle royale set up but it looks like weapons from Chapter 1.
When it comes to skins, players will now be able to enjoy Lazarbeam's skin and a female version of Midas.
