Fortnite x TMNT Crossover Datamined
A recent datamine might have revealed a Fortnite x TMNT crossover coming in the future.
Epic Games is known for bringing mainstream series, movies, artists, athletes, and more to their Battle Royale. Fortnite WILDS ended with a massive Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration, and Fortnite Last Resort promises an Ahsoka Tano Battle Pass skin. Other blockbuster crossovers have featured The Witcher, Travis Scott, and several Marvel movies.
Now, it looks like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles could be next addition to Fortnite. Along with possible Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo skins, there could be in-game items and locations inspired by the beloved franchise.
Here's everything we know about a Fortnite x TMNT crossover.
Fortnite x TMNT Crossover Datamined
Fortnite leaker, @leaksxdefiant, posted a summary of all the datamined information regarding a potential Fortnite x TMNT crossover. The big clue is the codenamed Fungus Ninja files that have yet to drop in Fortnite. Reliable leaker, iFireMonkey, confirmed the files and revealed them to be 7.17 MB.
The name could be a coincidence, but a few other TMNT staples have been popping up around Fortnite. Sewers in Slappy Shores have been making strange noises, and now, a pizza shop with an arcade machine has appeared in the POI. Could the location become Antonio's Pizza-Rama in the future?
The damamined information has not been confirmed by Epic Games. Fans will have to wait and see if these truly are just coincidences or if TMNT is coming to Fortnite.
Fortnite x TMNT Crossover Release Date
As of now, there is no confirmed release date for the Fortnite x TMNT crossover. With such little intel to go on, we can assume the dream collaboration will likely not appear in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4.
Other rumored Fortnite crossovers, like Fortnite x LEGO and Fortnite x My Hero Academia, are more likely to drop in Fortnite Chapter 4. Reliable Fortnite leakers have already reported that a Todoroki skin is coming in Epic Games' next anime collaboration, and the LEGO invasion is said to be "so big that it could be considered the size of a new season."
There is much more weight to the LEGO and My Hero Academia crossovers, likely putting them ahead of the datamined Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collaboration.
