G2 Esports signed Nikola "NiKo" Kovač to its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster Wednesday. The Bosnian entry fragger joins his cousin Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač on the team.

NiKo has long been considered one of the most mechanically gifted players in CS:GO. He played notable stints with mousesports and FaZe Clan, and his performances with FaZe, in particular, helped push that team into the upper echelons of CS competition. He joins G2 after more than three years with FaZe.

On G2, NiKo will play alongside Kenny "kennyS" Schrub, Audric "JaCkz" Jug, François "AmaNEk" Delaunay, and team captain Nemanja "nexa" Isaković in addition to huNter-. The team will next compete in the BLAST Premier Fall 2020. That match is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 2.
