Galio and Mordekaiser Buffs Likely in League of Legends Patch 9.14

Aatrox, Galio, Lux, Mordekaiser, Pyke, Ryze, Swain and Yuumi received balance changes on the Public Beta Environment in Tuesday's League of Legends patch 9.14 PBE update.

Galio, Lux, Pyke, Ryze and Swain all have other changes already in testing on the League of Legends PBE, while the rest of the champions are receiving their first tentative balance adjustments of the cycle. Check out the full details below.

League of Legends Patch 9.14 PBE Update Balance Changes


  • HP regen per level increased from .15 to .2

World Ender (R)

  • Cooldown lowered from 140/120/100 to 120/100/80
  • Revive removed
  • Healing amplification increased from 40/55/70% to 50/60/70%


Winds of War (Q)

  • Damage lowered from 80/120/160/200/240 to 80/115/150/185/220

Shield of Durand (W)

  • Magic damage reduction per 100 bonus magic resistance increased from 8% to 12%
  • Physical damage reduction lowered from 50% of magic damage reduction to 33.3% of magic damage reduction


Prismatic Barrier (W)

  • Shield value reverted from 50/70/90/110/130 plus 30% AP to 50/65/80/95/110 plus 20% AP


Darkness Rise (Passive)

  • Damage changed from 8-25 to 5/5.6/6.2/6.8/7.4/8/8.6/9.2/9.8/10.4/11/11.6/12.2/12.8/13.4/14/14.6/15.2


Death From Below (R)

  • Damage reverted from 250/350/450 plus 150% AD and 200% Lethality to 250/290/330/370/400/430/450/470/490/510/530/540/550 plus 80% AD and 150% Lethality
  • Damage no longer capped at 50% of champion's max health
  • Non-champions once again subject to reduced damage
  • All enemies not executed take 50% damage, rather than just champions


Rune Prison (W)

  • AP ratio increased from 60% to 70%
  • Cooldown lowered from 13/12/11/10/9 seconds to 12/11/10/9/8


  • Attack range lowered from 550 to 525


Bop'N'Block (Passive)

  • No longer restores mana
  • Shield changed from 80-300 to 50/55/60/72/84/96/111/126/141/156/174/192/210/228/246/264/282/300

Prowling Projectile (Q)

  • Mana cost increased from 60/65/70/75/80/85 to 75/80/85/90/95/100
  • Empowered damage changed from 60/105/150/195/240/285 plus 60% AP to 50/95/140/185/230/275 plus 65% AP

Zoomies (E)

  • Mana cost lowered from 60/65/70/75/80 to 30/40/50/60/70
  • Maximum heal increased from double base heal value to 2.5 times base heal value
