Godfall Fire and Darkness DLC Coming on August 10
By Jack O'Dwyer

Godfall is getting a new DLC, "Fire and Darkness" for PlayStation 4/5 this August 2021.
Godfall fans are getting a host of new content according to the Gearbox showcase that took place during E3 2021 on Saturday, June 12. Not only will PlayStation 4 players have access to Godfall in all its glory—including a new cross play feature—they'll be able to experience both the full Lightbringer update and the new Fire and Darkness expansion DLC.

Godfall Fire and Darkness DLC
Players are tasked with saving the Fire Realm, battling through a set of brand new enemies likely designed exclusively for this expansion. "Fire and Darkness" does require a separate purchase, however, those who buy it for either PlayStation platform should automatically own it for its corresponding generation. Unfortunately, aside from this brief information, there isn't much circulating about the DLC.
According to the showcase, the update will include several pieces of content including a unique endgame matchmaking beta, over 40 "new loot items," and 50 Valorplate skins—of which, let's be real, Leo looks the coolest.
More information about the new expansion can be found on its store listing.
