The Hextech League of Legends skin line is set in an alternate version of Piltover and Zaun in which all the champions are either hextech users or machinery constructed with hextech magic. For Swain, joining the Hextech universe means becoming a hextech artificer and subtly, secretly modifying his own body with hextech components to better surveil the city.

Hextech Swain follows the general Hextech skin line trend, swapping in his usual color scheme for a blue and gold design that smacks of nobility. His hair is a long and lustrous white affair. His arm and his birds have both integrated hextech aspects to improve performance.
