Impulse Control is a mission that you can start in the Chongqing level of Hitman 3. In it, players will take on the task of hunting down a man who goes by the name "Hush." This mission can be completed prior to doing the Certainty Principle. Here are the steps you will need to take in order to complete the mission.

Your first task will be to incapacitate the homeless man that is near the marker for the start of the job. Once you have done that you will want to put on his clothes and then make sure to pick up the flyer that he drops on the ground as that will give you a clue as to where Hush is located. Also, make sure to pick up the crowbar near where the homeless people were located as you will need that for later. On the wall of the internet cafe you will see that someone has tagged "The Block" with a cube and Chinese characters which will lead you to the complex.

Once you are there, you will need to follow the guard inside to a waiting room where the other "candidates" will be found. Soon you will be called up to meet with one of the people in charge of the recruitment where they will tell you they are not currently looking for new participants while also letting slip that the experiments are happening on the top floor of the building. Go back to the hallway where you came in from and then use the crowbar to open up the locked door. Once through the door, you will come across two guards in blue jumpsuits; you'll want to take them out so that you can take one of their uniforms.

After you have done that, proceed to the staircase which will take you to where Hush's lab is located. Once inside you will want to head over to the right-hand side where you will see a rather nervous test subject. Knock him out and then take his clothes so that you can pose as one. Then follow a lab-assistant to the test room where Hush will subject you to some bizarre mind-control segment.

You will need to press triangle or Y, depending on your console, in order to break Hush's will in each of these experiments which will cause him to leave the room for a bit to take a break. Knock-out the lab assistant before he comes back and hide her body. When Hush comes back you will go through the experiments again only this time you will be able to break him completely.
