You'll need to find the microphone first. Head into the cinema and look for the Branson MD-2 Microphone on an equipment box. There are a few ways you can get into the cinema,

From here, make your way to the stage and switch the microphone that's on the stand with the one you just found. Go to the voltage box and crank it up. Now, you have to get Yates to use it.

The chefs will be arguing over looking for a fire, so go to Yates' villa and grab a torch. Light the fire back where the chefs were to get one of them to call Yates.

Yates will now come down to give a speech, and will be electrocuted when he touches the mic. This complete The Orator.
