How to Change Quarter Length in NBA 2K20

NBA 2K20's MyCareer mode lets players experience a facsimile of playing for a team in the NBA. Not only are they on the team, they can become the team's star player.

The MyCareer mode starts with a prelude that must be completed on the default quarter length. Once the prelude has been finished, players can access the Neighborhood and change the quarter length setting.

Simply head to Options, then to Settings, and scroll down until you find quarter length.

Unfortunately for players of the MyGM mode, there is no option to change the quarter length.
