V Rising's Camera Mod is one of the most popular mods for the game yet.
V Rising is a vampire survival MMO, in which players build up their castle, pillage villages, and conquer the gothic multiplayer world. Currently, the game has a fixed camera angle, showing the player a standard top-down view of the game that cannot be rotated or adjusted. This may be inconvenient to certain players, however there's a mod that allows players to change this.
How to Download V Rising's Camera Mod
The Camera Mod, titled ModernCamera, was created and uploaded to the mod website Thunderstore by user vrising. By installing the mod, players can remove the games' camera limits, and "make the camera more like an MMO camera" according to the mod's description.
To install it, players first need to download the mod from Thunderstore. Next, players need to install BepInEx, which allows Unity mods to be added into V Rising. Finally, players need to go into the V Rising folder (which they can do via Steam by clicking on the Settings icon, then the button that says 'Browse Local Files'). From there, players should open the BepInEx folder, then go into the plugins folder.
It's in this folder where players should extract ModernCamera.dll.
Doing this should install the mod, where players will now have full control over their camera, even enabling them to enter first person mode. It's important to note that this mod only works in Private or Solo servers, and cannot yet be used on public online servers.
