With Patch 9.2, Blizzard added a new Mount in the game, the Patient Bufonid, which is obtained by completed quests in Zereth Mortis. The Mount is a large Frog that looks similar to the Arboreal Gulper Mount.

Players who enjoyed farming the Sinrunner Blanchy Mount in Patch 9.0 rejoice, as the Patient Bufonid is similar. It folls the Sinrunner Blanchy's blueprint of bringing items to Avna for seven days. On the seventh day, players will complete the quest chain and be awarded the Mount.

How to Earn the Patient Bufonid in Shadowlands 9.2

Players must complete The Burrowed Bufonid quest chain to obtain the mount. The quest takes place in Zereth Mortis and the objective is to offer items each day to coax the Bufonid out of the water.

Items for each day

• Day 1: 15 Vespoid Honey
• Day 2: 30 Tenebrous Ribs
• Day 3: 200 Shrouded Cloth
• Day 4: 10 Elysian Thade
• Day 5: 5 Protoflesh
• Day 6: 5 Catalyzed Apple Pie
• Day 7: 1 Organic Melon

For days 1-5, the items are easily obtained from mobs around Zereth Mortis. However, for players looking to bypass the farm, they can also be bought in the Auction House. The Catalyzed Apple Pies are sold by Mai Toa near Pilgrim's Grace. The Organic Melon is sold by the Fruit Vendor in Tazavesh. The mount is very simple to obtain, it just requires players to complete tasks each day.
