How to Evolve Bonsly in BDSP

Bonsly is a Rock-type Pokemon. It is the base form of Sudowoodo. Bonsly can be found on Routes 209 and 210 within Shining Pearl. In Brilliant Diamond, this Pokemon is found in the Trophy Garden. It can be rare to catch on Routes 209 and 210, but it is not impossible. After catching Bonsly, you can evolve it to Sudowoodo.

Bonsly can be evolved after learning Mimic at level 16. Following this, Bonsly can be evolved into Sudowoodo.

Due to being a Rock-type Pokemon, Bonsly is weakest against Steel and Water types in battle. Some examples are Dialga, Kyogre, and Palkia. On the other hand, Bonsly is strong against Normal and Flying-type Pokemon, such as Arceus, Lugia, Ho-Oh, and Rayquaza. The best items to use on Bonsly are Rock Incense, Hard Stone, and Stone Plate. It has a faster than normal growth rate and is able to learn Egg Moves. Some of these include but are not limited to, Harden, Defense Curl, and Rollout. Geodude, Onix, and Kabuto are some other Rock-type Pokemon that are similar to Bonsly.
