To get high Friendship, you first have to complete the request "Measuring Your Compatibility" from Belamy in Jubilife Village. After finishing this, you will be able to check your Pokemon's Friendship. There are various ways to increase your Friendship with your Pokemon, including:

• Breaking Ore
• Shaking Trees
• Leveling Up
• Winning Battles

After doing these with your Golbat, you will eventually reach high Friendship with the Pokemon. It will automatically show that the Golbat is ready to be evolved. By naturally progressing with the game and having Golbat by your side, you are bound to evolve this Pokemon and turn it into a Crobat.
