Akimbo is a perk that lets you use two handguns, at the cost of removing aiming down sights. You get a significant boost at close range, but obviously your accuracy anywhere else will suffer.

How to Get Akimbo in Warzone

Each weapons has a different way to unlock Akimbo, but they're obtained by getting kills using another perk with handguns.

X16

To get Akimbo for the X16, you have to get three kills in five matches using the Sleight of Hand perk, which you unlock at level 20.

1911

1911 gets Akimbo after you get three kills in five matches using Mo'Money, which is learned at level 27.

.357

You have to get three kills in five games using Recon, unlocked at level 34 to get Akimbo for the .357.

.50 GS

Akimbo is unlocked for the Desert Eagle after getting three kills in five matches with the FMJ perk. You get FMJ at level 37.

M19

The M19's Akimbo is unlocked after getting three kills in five matches with Frangible-Healing. This one is the quickest to get, as Frangible-Healing is learned at level 6.
