How to Get Clark Kent in Fortnite

DC's Man of Steel—though most know him by his alter ego, Clark Kent—is flying into Fortnite to help beat back the Alien Invasion.

Unfortunately, it appears that Kent is suffering from a bit of an identity crisis. The "Last Son of Krypton," Kal-El, is having trouble remembering who he is and where he came from. It's up to Battle Pass players to help him recover his memories while exploring Fortnite Island. Hopefully, with a little work, he can return to his high-flying self—and add his appearance to players' lockers, as well.

How to Get Clark Kent in Fortnite

Players can only unlock the Clark Kent/Superman cosmetics by completing quests in the Chapter 2, Season 7 Battle Pass. Fortunately, they'll have a little help from Beast Boy and Armored Batman. Each quest has its own objective and rewards working toward the full bundle—which we've listed below:

  • Complete 1 quest from the Clark Kent, Armored Batman, or Beast Boy NPCs: "Call to Action" Emoticon
  • Complete 3 quests from the NPCs listed above: "Superman Shield" Spray
  • Complete 5 quests from the above-mentioned NPCs: "Clark Kent" Outfit
  • Glide through 3 rings as Clark Kent: "Daily Planet" Back Bling
  • Use a Phone Booth as Clark Kent: "Secret Identity" Built-in Emote

Additionally, those who continue on to complete "certain amounts" of Epic Chapter 2, Season 7 quests get extra Superman-themed rewards. These include the alternate "Shadow" style for Clark Kent and his associated items, such as:

  • "Kal-El's Cape" Glider
  • A Superman Banner
  • "The Last Son of Krypton" Loading Screen
  • "Solitude Striker" Pickaxe
  • Shadow variant for the "Clark Kent" Outfit, "Solitude Striker" Pickaxe, "Daily Planet" Back Bling, and "Superman Cape" Glider.

Players can transform between Superman and Clark Kent by using the outfit's built-in emote whenever they so choose. They can set which appearance they'd like to start the match as in their Lockers.
