How to get Ivory Keys in The Division 2 is a question many ask right from the start of the game. You'll run into a chest at the White House that requires eight Ivory Keys, but you'll never find one during the main game.
The keys are much more difficult to find.

How to Get Ivory Keys in The Division 2
Keys are only dropped by Hunters, who are Level 35 secret bosses. There are a total of 12 hunters in the game, which is something you want to clear out if you're looking to collect all the masks, but you only need to kill eight if you want to get the keys to open the chest in the white house.
Remember to get Hunters to spawn, it needs to be night time and we recommend you be level 30 before trying this out. If you can grab some friends to help, the better the fight will go.
