Jurassic World Evolution 2 doesn't see release until later this year, and no specific date has yet been set for the game, but both Sony and developer Frontier Developments have confirmed the game will launch for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 when it does finally come out.

In Jurassic World Evolution 2, players manage a theme park full of revived dinosaurs. Here's a description from Sony:

"The story follows from the earth-shattering events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, and you’ll lead efforts to control, conserve and contain dinosaurs in the wild as you work alongside iconic characters from across the Jurassic World film franchise, including Dr. Ian Malcolm (voiced by Jeff Goldblum) and Claire Dearing (voiced by Bryce Dallas Howard)."

The game will include more than 75 prehistoric species, including flying and marine reptiles that have not appeared in the series so far. These creatures will roam the park and facilities you maintain and customize, with biomes that have never appeared in the series before.
