Players get to choose from many playable characters in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Of course, the main characters Cloud, Barret, Tifa, and Aerith are playable. On top of that, Red XIII, Yuffie, and Cait Saith join the team in the FF7 trilogy remake, so players have a wide roster of characters to choose from. Gamers want to know if they can play as Vincent Valentine in Rebirth.

Is Vincent Valentine in FF7 Rebirth?

Vincent Valentine appears in FF7 Rebirth but is not a playable character. That’s disappointing to many fans, but he can still join the party! Players shouldn’t lose hope. Valentine might be a playable character in the third FF7 remake.

In the original Final Fantasy 7 game, players could recruit Valentine by finding the Mansion Key in the Shinra Mansion. Players had to unlock a safe with a code and defeat a boss named Lost Number to unlock the room in the basement where Vincent is.

For those who don’t know, Valentine is a former Turk, a.k.a. the Investigation Sector of the General Affairs Department of the Shinra Electric Power Company. Vincent has a dark and mysterious past, making him cold and distant. Though the Turk shows little emotion, he isn’t uncaring. His primary weapons are guns, and he can shapeshift due to being experimented on by Professor Hojo.

Square Enix sells a Vincent Valentine Acrylic Stand for only $14.99. Get it while you can!
