JGOD Reveals Bren Stealth Buff in Warzone Pacific Season 2

It appears the rich got even richer recently as the Caldera meta powerhouse Bren LMG has seemingly received a stealth buff in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 2.
According to the Warzone weapon mastermind JGOD, the changes weren't mentioned in any patch notes — an instance that was just seen with the Vanguard PPSh-41 in recent days. For those wondering how to best maximize the performance of the Bren and dominate the long-range meta, here's a breakdown of the stealth changes that JGOD found.

Of course, the Bren itself was already the best long-range gun in the game, so there is a good chance this was an accident, which has been a common occurrence in massive patches for Warzone as of late.
The updates can have bugs that affect a weapon's performance for better or worse. The community will complain about the secret change before the developers reveal it was a mistake and restore the original settings.
According to JGOD, the time-to-kill for the weapon is now just extremely high at all ranges because the recent damage drop-off nerf to the Queen’s 705mm Royal barrel has seemingly been reverted for whatever reason. This then allows players to maximize their setups around other factors that would normally have to be sacrificed like bullet velocity or movement.
Here is JGOD's loadout for the broken Bren:
- Muzzle: Mercury Silencer
- Barrel: Queen's 705mm Royal
- Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop
- Magazine: 6.5 Sakura 40 Round Mags
- Ammunition: Lengthened
- Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x
- Rear Grip: Polymer Grip
- Stock: Hockenson SP2B
- Perk 1: Tight Grip
- Perk 2: On-Hand
Feel free to use this setup while you can. Either Raven Software is already working on a fix, or the community might flash a spotlight on it, resulting in the same thing.
