Kirby and the Forgotten Land: How to Save
Want to learn how to save your progress in Kirby and the Forgotten Land? Here's what you need to know.
The latest Kirby game has finally made its way to Nintendo Switch. Kirby and the Forgotten Land sees our little round friend embark on a new 3D adventure after waking up in a strange, abandoned world. Kirby isn't completely alone, however, as he'll need to face off against a variety of enemies equipped with some tricky attacks. A plethora of skills and abilities are available at Kirby's disposal, and players will need to utilize all of them along their journey.
Like any big adventure, players will want to pause and take a break from time to time. But it can be tricky to know when your progress last saved, and if you can save it manually.
How to Save Your Game in Kirby and the Forgotten Land
Sadly, Kirby and the Forgotten Land doesn't have a manual save option, but that doesn't mean you can't save at all. Rather, players will be taking advantage of the game's auto-save function, which triggers pretty frequently.
Players will see a small "saving" message appear in the lower right screen when the game is saving your progress. You'll mostly see it after completing a significant moment in the game. Kirby and the Forgotten Land also automatically saves any time the player does an activity in Waddle Dee Town. Use these if you need to quicky drop in a save.
The game will also auto-save after clearing a stage, saving any progress, collectibles, or coins that you may have collected.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land is available now exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
