Knockout City has been the internet's favorite fast-paced dodgeball game, and those trying play with all of their friends are wondering what the 4v4 mode is all about and how it works.

Knockout City 4v4 Mode: What is it and How Does it Work?

Fortunately, the 4v4 mode, "Ball-Up Brawl," offers the same level of intensity as the others in the game, with added levels of competition and laughter. The added depth of this mode is that though this is a dodgeball game, there aren't any balls to throw around.

Ball-Up Brawl pits four players against another set of four, in which both teams will compete in a Best of 3 match. The objective is to be the first team to reach 15 knockouts in order to win the round, however, the complexity of this mode is that there aren't any dodgeballs to throw at the other teams.

In order to secure those 15 knockouts, players must instead throw their own teammates at the enemy teams, using the same controls to normally throw the ball. Though the team will be shorthanded for a moment because of tossing one of their own into the flurry of other players, the impromptu ball can unleash devastating abilities that turn into highlight plays.

The fun of it begins as other players are still able to catch other players when getting thrown at, and if caught, the choice is to either send the enemy back at them for knockout or disrespect by throwing them off stage.
