The skin is in the shop for 1200 V-Bucks. The skin comes with the Purple Jam back bling. The other items in the set are also on sale: The Xile Glider for 500 and Street Shine harvesting tool for 1200.

The skin and glider are reactive, glowing in the dark. It's hard to notice unless you're in a low-light environment.
What's missing is the Paint Splash wrap, which was also a reward for the Australian Summer Smash. In exchange, we get the new back bling that wasn't available before. If you already have the skin, you can't actually get the back bling. We'll have to see if Purple Jam gets on the item shop by itself.
The skin was only awarded to the top 10% of players during the Summer Smash, with the top 25% earning the Street Shine Pickaxe. If you missed out on the event last month, you can pick up the skin set now.
