Label in Animal Crossing: New Horizons may confuse some new players.

Everyone is already familiar with the hedgehog-turned-tailor sisters Sable and Mable. The latter often comes through your town first to peddle her clothes and check out life on the island. It isn't until you spend enough bells on her business that she considers island life a good fit for her and her sister. This is all well and good, as everyone loves a family business and they seem to get on with Tom Nook just fine. However, what if I told you that there has been a third sister all this time?

Here's what you need to know about Label in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Label Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Label (also known as Labelle from previous games) is an aspiring big-time fashion designer who has come to your island seeking inspiration. You'll notice her standing in your plaza with her luggage and tablet, already busy trying to capture the aesthetics around her.

When the player approaches her, she'll explain who she is, and offer them a task in return for a little reward. Her challenge is simple: show off your wardrobe.

Label will assign the player a random theme for them to follow with their own fashion. She may even gift them a piece of clothing to wear in order to "get the feel" of what she's going for. All they have to do is return home to their closet or take a quick trip to the Able Sisters' clothing shop to put together the corresponding outfit.

After they're satisfied with their look, they should return to Label in the plaza. She'll rate your look from head to toe and then give you something in return for your effort. This can range from a clothing item direct from her own Labelle fashion line to a Tailor's Ticket which can be exchanged for any item in the tailor's shop that's under 3000 bells. The latter of these will show up in your mailbox the following day.

Fortunately, there aren't many things being sold at the Able Sisters' for over 3000 bells. The player will essentially have their pick of clothing if they choose to redeem the voucher.
