League of Legends 2020 roster changes tracker is here for all the fans hoping to stay up to date with the latest trades, signings and departures in professional League of Legends. Here's a comprehensive list that will be updated as the offseason goes on.

Upset Departs Schalke 04

Currently a free agent, Elias "Upset" Lipp and Schalke have officially parted ways after the 2019 season. Although it is uncertain where he will end up, Upset is still a young and talented AD Carry looking to make his worlds appearance in the year of 2020.

Update (12:51 p.m. ET Nov. 19): Upset has joined Origen, the team announced.

Duke Departs Invictus Gaming

After becoming champions just the year prior, Lee "Duke" Ho-seong
and Invictus gaming part ways following their loss in the 2019 League of Legends World Championship. It was a bit of a juggling act trying to play with two top laners all year. It is unclear if Duke intends to return to Korea to continue his career, or remain in China.

Zikz Leaves TSM to Coach 100 Thieves

Not long after Tony "Zikz" Gray was announced to be released from Team Solo Mid, 100 Thieves announced that Zikz would be remaining in the LCS as their head coach. Zikz was the head coach for TSM since 2018, leading the team to the playoffs in back to back splits in 2019, including a second place finish in the spring finals.

Huni Re-Signs with Dignitas

Seung-hoon "Huni" Heo re-signed with Team Dignitas, according to ESPN, extending his contract for two years worth $ 2.3 million. Formerly Clutch Gaming, the team rebranded to Dignitas just before worlds, meaning they would remain as Clutch for the rest of the tournament. Now officially Dignitas, their first big move is to re-sign their top laner.

CLG Trades Biofrost to TSM for Smoothie

Vincent "Biofrost" Wang will reportedly rejoin Team SoloMid off the back of a deal that trades him for Andy "Smoothie" Ta, according to ESPN.

Update (10:10 a.m. ET Nov. 21): TSM confirmed its acquisition of Smoothie Wednesday.

Zven to Replace Sneaky on Cloud 9

Jesper "Zven" Svenningsen will not return to TSM and will replace Zachary "Sneaky" Scuderi on Cloud 9's League of Legends team, according to ESPN

Broxah Leaves Fnatic for Team Liquid

Mads "Broxah" Brock-Pederson signed with Team Liquid after playing with Fnatic for the last two years.

Origen Reveals 2020 Roster: Alphari, Xerxe, Nukeduck, Upset, Destiny

Origen revealed its roster Tuesday. The group includes

  • Andre “Xerxe” Dragomir
  • Erlend “Nukeduck” Holm
  • Elias “Upset” Lipp
  • Mitchell “Destiny” Shaw

"The goal for the 2020 season is to build on the experiences," Origen wrote in a news release, "continue to strengthen the foundation around the team, and to improve the performance on the server."

Svenskeren Signs with Evil Geniuses

Dennis "Svenskeren" Johnsen signed with Evil Geniuses, the team announced Tuesday. Svenskeren is the first high-profile signing for EG, making its return to League of Legends after five years.

Schalke Reportedly Signs FORG1VEN, extends Odoamne

Schalke 04, having moved on from Upset, has signed Konstantinos-Napoleon "FORG1VEN" Tzortzio and extended the contract of Andrei "Odoamne" Pascu, according to ESPN.

Afreeca Freecs Sign Fly

The Afreeca Freecs have signed mid laner Yong-jun "Fly" Song.

Xmithie Reportedly Joins Immortals

Jake "Xmithie" Puchero left Team Liquid, the team announced Tuesday, and he will join Immortals, according to ESPN.

Update (11:21 a.m. ET Nov. 22): Immortals confirmed Xmithie's arrival Thursday.

KT Rolster Drops Smeb, PraY and Score

KT Rolster dropped its entire roster, ending the tenure of top laners Hwang "Kingen" Seong-hoon and Song "Smeb" Kyung-ho, junglers Go "Score" Dong-bin and Eom "UmTi" Seong-hyeon, mid laner Gwak "Bdd" Bo-seong, bot laner Kim "PraY" Jong-in, support No "SnowFlower" Hoi-jong, substitute bot laners Byun "Gango" Se-hoon and Jeon "Zenit" Tae-gwon.

KT Rolster has since announced the signing of Ha-ram "Aiming" Kim.

Gen. G Re-Signs Ruler and Life, Cuts Ties to Everyone Else

The seven players to depart the team are Seong-jin "CuVee" Lee, Kang-hui "Roach" Kim, Wang-ho "Peanut" Han, Seong-hwan "SeongHwaan" Lee, Yong'jun "Fly" Song, Seong-hyeok "Kuzan" Lee, Jae-won "Rich" Lee and Tae-gi "Asper" Kim.

Update (9:40 a.m. ET Nov. 20): Gen. G adds top laner Kim "Rascal" Kwang-hee, jungler Kim "Clid" Tae-min and mid laner Gwak "Bdd" Bo-seong to its roster.

YoungBuck to Coach Excel Esports

YoungBuck, who joined Excel Nov. 14, left G2 for Fnatic in January 2018, leading the team to a fifth-eighth place finish at the League of Legends World Championship.

Deft Re-Signs With DragonX

Hyuk-Kyu "Deft" Kim has re-signed with DragonX, the team announced Nov. 18.

Cloud9 Reportedly Sends Goldenglue to Golden Guardians

Cloud9 will trade Greyson "Goldenglue" Gilmer to Golden Guardians for Cristian "Palafox" Palafox, according to ESPN.

Update (10:10 a.m. ET Nov. 21): Golden Guardians has confirmed Goldenglue has joined the team; Cloud9 has confirmed Palafox has joined the team.

Rogue Reveals 2020 Roster

Rogue revealed its roster for the 2020 LEC season. The team includes:

Misfits Taps Jandro as Head Coach

Misfits announced the signing of Alejandro "Jandro" Fernández-Valdés as head coach entering the 2020 LEC season.

Jandro joins Misfits from Fnatic Rising, where he was the head coach. He also also worked on the coaching staff of Movistar Riders.

Meteos Rejoins 100 Thieves

After playing an integral role in the team's inaugural, breakout season, William "Meteos" Hartman has returned to 100 Thieves. He will be the team's starting jungler for the 2020 season, and is the first member of the new lineup to be announced.

Meteos' original departure from the 100 Thieves roster stoked controversy in the League of Legends when Meteos claimed he had been traded without his express approval.

Counter Logic Gaming Reportedly Signs SSONG

Kim "SSONG" Sang-soo has joined Counter Logic Gaming as the team's coach for the 2020 season, ESPN reported Nov. 19. SSONG has previously coached Echo Fox, Team SoloMid, ROX Tigers and more.

Update (11:30 a.m. ET Nov. 22): CLG confirmed SSONG as its new coach Thursday. Daniel "Tafo" Lee will assume the role of general manager, and Weldon Green will move to League of Legends division coach.

Cloud9 Signs Vulcan as New Support

Cloud9 announced Philippe "Vulcan" Laflamme as its new support Nov. 19. Vulcan has previously played for CLG, Clutch Gaming and Dignitas.

G-Rex Parts Ways with Candy, PK, Yoon, Wuji, Toyz

G-Rex announced the departures of mid laner Kim "Candy" Seung-ju, top laner Hsieh "PK" Yu-Ting, support Kim "Yoon" Byung-yoon and coach Lau "Kurtis" "Toyz" Wai Kin. Mid laner Yang "Wuji" Chia-Yu also announced his retirement from League of Legends.

Cuzz Joins T1; Effort Re-Signs

Mun "Cuzz" U-chan and Lee "Effort" Sang-ho have signed multi-year deals with T1. It is Cuzz's first time with the team, while Effort has been with the team since January 2017.

GorillA, FATE Sign with SANDBOX Gaming

Support player Kang "GorillA" Beom-hyun and mid laner Yoo "FATE" Su-hyeok have signed with LCK team SANDBOX Gaming.

Evil Geniuses Reportedly Signs Bang

Bae "Bang" Jun-sik has signed with Evil Geniuses for the 2020 LCS season, ESPN reported Wednesday. Bang has previously played for SK Telecom T1, but moved to the LCS in November 2018 to play for 100 Thieves.

Counter Logic Gaming Signs Crown

Mid laner Lee "Crown" Min-ho has joined CLG after playing a split for Immortals, CLG announced Wednesday.

Golden Guardians Adds Closer to Lineup

Golden Guardians announced the addition of Turkish jungler Can "Closer" Çelik Wednesday. This will be Closer's first split in the LCS.

FlyQuest Signs IgNar

FlyQuest announced the acquisition of support player Lee "IgNar" Dong-geun Wednesday.

Dardoch Reportedly Joins Team SoloMid

Team SoloMid will buyout Joshua "Dardoch" Hartnett's contract with Immortals, ESPN reported Thursday. Team SoloMid originally had its sights on Jake "Xmithie" Puchero, who left Team Liquid this offseason. Xmithie ultimately joined Immortals, freeing that organization to send Dardoch to TSM's starting lineup.

PowerOfEvil Reportedly Signs to FlyQuest

FlyQuest will add former Counter Logic Gaming mid laner Tristan "PowerOfEvil" Schrage to its starting team, ESPN reported Thursday. The acquisition will reunite PowerOfEvil with Lee "IgNar" Dong-geun, his former Misfits Gaming teammate.

Schalke 04 Esports Reportedly Buys Out Dreams

Han "Dreams" Min-kook will join Schalke 04 Esports for the 2020 LEC season following a reported buyout of his contract with SK Gaming, ESPN reported Thursday. The support player will join Konstantinos-Napoleon "FORG1VEN" Tzortziou in the bot lane.

Update (10:28 a.m. ET Dec. 4): Schalke has confirmed the addition of Dreams.

SK Gaming Reportedly Signs Trick

SK Gaming has signed jungler Kim "Trick" Gang-yun, according to reporting by Spanish website Esportsmaníacos and ESPN. The former Schalke 04 Esports jungler will replace Oskar "Selfmade" Boderek.

Team Vitality Reportedly Adds Coach Duke, Completes 2020 LEC Roster

Team Vitality has completed its 2020 LEC roster, per reports from ESPN and Esportsmaníacos. The 2020 season will see Vitality promote Duncan "Skeanz" Marquet from its academy team to the starting lineup. The team has also added former Vodafone Giants mid laner Aljoša "Milica" Kovandžić and former LDLC AD carry Markos "Comp" Stamkopoulos. Top laner Lucas "Cabochard" Simon-Meslet and support Jakub "Kactroll" Skurzyński will remain on the roster.

Team Vitality has also added former Splyce coach Hadrien "Duke" Forestier to its staff, L'Equipe reports.

Peanut and ZanDarC Join LGD Gaming

LGD Gaming announced the acquisition of star jungler Han "Peanut" Wang-ho and coach Oh "ZanDarC" Chang-jong. This will be Peanut's first time competing outside of the LCK and ZanDarC's first time coaching a team other than KT Rolster.

Xiaolongbao Moves to Royal Never Give Up

Li "xiaolongbao" Xiao-Long will join Royal Never Give Up for the 2020 League of Legends season, his manager announced Thursday. Xiaolongbao has previously played for the Chinese League of Legends Development League team Young Miracles. This will be his first stint in the LPL.

Selfmade Becomes Fnatic's New Jungler

Oskar "Selfmade" Boderek has joined Fnatic as the team's new jungler, the team announced Thursday. He previously played for SK Gaming, leaving the team after the 2019 season.

DAMWON Gaming Parts Ways with Coach Kim

DAMWON Gaming announced the departure of coach Kim "Kim" Jeong-soo on Saturday. Kim led DAMWON to a fifth-eigth place finish at Worlds 2019. He is currently a free agent.

Eika Joins Immortals

Jérémy "Eika" Valdenaire has joined Immortals as its second mid laner, the team announced Saturday. Eika previously played for Team-LDLC in La Ligue Française.

TSM Signs Kobbe as New AD Carry

Team SoloMid announced that Kasper "Kobbe" Kobberup will be the team's new AD Carry heading into the 2020 LCS Season.

Goldenglue Joins the Golden Guardians in 2020 Roster Announcement

TSM reportedly signed AD carry Lawrence "Lost" Hui to its academy roster, according to Issac McIntyre.

DragonX Signs Doran and Chovy, Parts Ways with Coach Mental

DragonX announced the addition of top laner Choi "Doran" Hyeon-joon and mid laner Jeong "Chovy" Ji-hoon Wednesday. Both previously played for Griffin.

Completing the roster will be former DragonX trainee jungler Hong "Pyosik" Chang-hyeon, former DragonX trainee support Ryu "Keria" Min-seok and bot laner Kim "Deft" Hyuk-kyu.

The team also promoted Park "Bubbling" Jun-hyeong from trainee coach to coach, replacing An "Mental" Hyo-yeon.

Jiizuke Reportedly to Join Evil Geniuses

Evil Geniuses will sign former Team Vitality mid laner Daniele "Jiizuke" di Mauro for the 2020 season, ESPN reported Tuesday. The team had originally hoped to sign Chovy, who decided ultimately to stay in the LCK and signed with DragonX.

Should the Jiizuke signing go through, he will be the last piece of Evil Geniuses' LCS roster. The full roster will also include jungler Svenskeren, support Zeyzal, top laner Kumo, AD carry Deftly and AD carry Bae "Bang" Jun-sik.

Dignitas Reportedly to Sign Aphromoo, Froggen and Grig

Dignitas will add support Zaqueri "Aphromoo" Black, mid laner Henrik "Froggen" Hnasen and jungler Jonathan "Grig" Armao to its 2020 lineup, ESPN reported Tuesday. Froggen and Grig will require contract buyouts from Golden Guardians and Team SoloMid respectively.

Team SoloMid Announces Full 2020 LCS Roster

Team SoloMid revealed its full 2020 LCS lineup Tuesday. The team will consist of top lane Sergen "BrokenBlade" Çelik, jungler Joshua "Dardoch" Hartnett, mid lane Søren "Bjergsen" Bjerg, AD carry Kasper "Kobbe" Kobberup and support Vincent "Biofrost" Wang.

On the coaching staff will be head coach Peter Zhang, head of performance David Denis, strategic coach Jang-sik "Lustboy" Ham, assistant coach Haitham Algbory and head analyst Sevag Titizian.

Mickey Re-Signs with Excel Esports

Excel Esports announced mid laner Son "Mickey" Young-Min would re-sign with the team Nov. 29.

Dignitas announced the signing of bot laner Johnson "Johnsun" Nguyen Nov. 27. Dignitas will be his first time on a starting LEC lineup.

KT Rolster Signs Kuro, Ray, SoHwan, Malrang, bonO

KT Rolster announced Friday the addition of mid laner Lee "Kuro" Seo-haeng, top laner Jeon "Ray" Ji-won, top laner Kim "SoHwan" Jun-yeong, jungler Kim "Malrang" Geun-seong and jungler Kim "bonO" Gi-beom for the 2020 LCK season.

Mithy Joins Fnatic as Coach

Alfonso "Mithy" Aguirre Rodríguez has joined Fnatic as its new head coach following the departure of Joey "YoungBuck" Steltenpool. This will be Mithy's first coaching position after seven years as a player for teams including Ninjas in Pyjamas, Origen, G2 Esports and Team SoloMid.
