League of Legends Jungle Tier List for League of Legends Patch 10.6

League of Legends S Tier Junglers

  • Elise
  • Rek'Sai
  • Lee Sin
  • Karthus
  • Zac

The emphasis on early game junglers in Season 10 has made picks like Rek'Sai, Elise, and Lee Sin dominant on nearly every patch so far and that doesn't change on Patch 10.6. With the changes to Teleport and continued emphasis on early game dominance, all of these junglers are good choices to either snowball the game early or stall out and scale for forty minutes.

Lee Sin, Rek'Sai, and Elise can all gank effectively at level 3 and can combine with their laners to get a kill with relative ease on flashless opponents. Karthus and Zac don't really come online until level 6 and require one or two items to really shine in the jungle. But, if you path properly, they scale harder than most other champions in the game and can turn the tide of any late game team fight.

League of Legends A Tier Junglers

  • Olaf
  • Ekko
  • Jarvan IV
  • Maokai
  • Volibear
  • Sejuani
  • Sett
  • Nunu

The A Tier junglers have also each had the opportunity to shine in solo queue and in competitive play during Season 10, with familiar faces like Jarvan IV, Ekko, and Olaf dominating the list. But some of these champions still require the right kind of team composition in order to succeed.

For instance, Olaf needs to be paired with a strong healer so that he can charge down his opponents with impunity in the mid game and Sejuani needs to be paired with either a melee mid laner or top laner to open up level 3 gank opportunities. But given those circumstances, each of these junglers is fine to blind pick and can operate with relative ease in all stages of the game.

League of Legends B Tier Junglers

  • Rammus
  • Amumu
  • Shaco
  • Shyvana
  • Hecarim
  • Trundle
  • Xin Zhao
  • Vi
  • Skarner
  • Poppy
  • Kindred
  • Diana

Some of the B Tier junglers should be reserved for counter-pick situations only, like Trundle and Rammus, but for the most part the junglers on this list should perform well if given a team composition that suits their style of play.

Aggressive early game junglers like Xin Zhao need to be paired with agressive laners in the early game to get the most out of his level 2 power spike and defensive junglers like Kindred need to be paired with laners that can get early priority and help him secure early marks at Rift Scuttle. If your pick on this list fits with your team composition, you should feel confident picking it in solo queue.

League of Legends C Tier Junglers

  • Rengar
  • Kha'Zix
  • Master Yi
  • Graves
  • Jax
  • Taliyah
  • Nocturne
  • Evelynn
  • Nidalee
  • Udyr
  • Dr. Mundo
  • Pantheon
  • Gragas
  • Cho'Gath
  • Fiddlesticks
  • Qiyana
  • Kayn

These junglers are C Tier due to either their weak scaling or lack of utility in the mid game and late game without a lead. Kayn, Rengar, Kha'Zix, Master Yi, and Graves fall into the later category, with these champions being dominant when ahead but incredibly difficult to pilot when behind in gold or experience.

Some of these junglers take far too long to scale, since they are reliant on solo lane gold and experience to be viable in Patch 10.6. Jax would be a great example of this type of champion. His power spike at Trinity Force and Rageblade takes far too long to reach if he's not able to snowball a lead early and leech gold and experience from a solo lane due to the changes to jungle experience and gold at the start of Season 10.

League of Legends D Tier Junglers

  • Urgot
  • Talon
  • Sion
  • Rumble
  • Tryndamere
  • Darius
  • Talon
  • Garen
  • Morgana
  • Zyra
  • Malphite
  • Mordekaiser
  • Teemo
  • Brand
  • Yorick
  • Gnar
  • Zed

The D Tier junglers should generally be avoided at all costs in solo queue, unless you're skilled at the champion and have a team composition that allows you to fall behind early in the game. Most of the junglers on this portion of the list are champions recently changed to be junglers, like Morgana, Zyra, and Brand, which were never designed to jungle in the first place due to their heavy mana reliance in the early stages of the game.

Other junglers on this list, like Tryndamere and Mordekaiser, make the D Tier because they have kits that rely on solo lane gold and experience for their kits to truly shine and have a play style that prevents them from being effective junglers.
