League of Legends Last Chance Prestige Point Shop Announced

As the year comes to an end, League of Legends is opening up a Last Chance Prestige Point Shop on Dec. 9, where players have a chance to redeem Prestige skins and other exclusive content that were released between January 2020 and November 2021.

Riot Games announced back in June of this year that it was looking to open up the Last Chance Prestige Point Shop after receiving negative feedback about the previous shop. Riot had made Prestige skins unobtainable unless players had spent at least $100 on the game, and had a limited variety of skins and content to choose from.

With the promise of opening the Last Chance Prestige Point Shop, players will able to obtain, purchase and redeem skins and content until Mar. 15, 2022. Any Prestige Points after this date will expire.

Riot has also released what Prestige skins and exclusive items will be released in the shop. Here's a list of content that can be picked up in the Last Chance Prestige Point Shop.

1. Event Prestige Skins (100 Prestige Points)

The Event Prestige Skins are skins that have appeared in event shops only. This option does not contain the border or icon. Featured in this category are skins such as Mecha Kingdoms Garen Prestige Edition, Dark Star Malphite Prestige Edition, Pulsefire Lucian Prestige Edition, Spirit Blossom Teemo Prestige Edition and PsyOps Ezreal Prestige Edition.

2. Prestige Point Skins (100 Prestige Points)

The Prestige Point Skins are already in the Prestige Point Shop from 2020-2021 and do include the border and icon with the skin. Featured in this category are skins such as True Damage Senna Prestige Edition, Coven Zyra Prestige Edition, Arcanist Zoe Prestige Edition and True Damage Yasuo Prestige Edition.

3. Event Prestige Point Icons (5 Prestige Points)

The Event Prestige Point Icons were associated with Prestige Point bundles in past event shops. Featured in this category are icons such as Spirit Blossom 2020 Event Prestige Points Icon, PsyOps Prestige Point Icon, Worlds 2020 Event Prestige Points Icon and Battle Queens Prestige Points Icon.

4. Cashout Options (Points Vary)

The cashout options include different bundles and loot from different events and can also contain currency such as RP or Orange Essence. Hextech Keys are also available.
