League of Legends Patch 10.21 notes were released Oct. 13 ahead of the update hitting live servers.

League of Legends is approaching the preseason and there aren't many major balance changes yet. Patch 10.21 includes nine skins and multiple balance changes. Here's every balance change in League of Legends Patch 10.21, per the patch notes.

Aphelios

Passive - The Hitman and the Seer

  • Lethality: 2/4/6/8/10/12 changed to 3/6/9/12/15/18

R - Moonlight Vigil

  • Calibrum Additional Mark Damage: 20/45/70 changed to 40/70/100
  • Severum Heal: 200/300/400 changed to 250/375/500
  • Gravitum Root Duration: Targets marked by Moonlight Vigil are now rooted for 1.25 seconds
  • Infernum Splash Damage Ratio: Now 85% of initial damage
  • Crescendum Additional Chakrams Returned: Buffed from 3 to 4

Camille

E - Hookshot

  • Bonus Attack Speed: 40/50/60/70/80% changed to 40/45/50/55/60%

Corki

Q - Phosphorus Bomb

  • Bonus Damage Ratio: 0.5 attack damage changed to 0.7 attack damage

Graves

E - Quickdraw

  • Bonus Armor: 8/11/14/17/20 changed to 6/9/12/15/18

Hecarim

E - Devastating Charge

  • Base Damage: 45/75/105/135/165 (90/150/210/270/330) changed to 35/65/95/125/155 (70/130/190/250/310)

Karma

Passive - Gathering Fire

  • Mantra Cooldown Refund for Abilities: 2/3/4 (levels 1/7/13) changed to 2/3.5/5 (levels 1/6/11)
  • Mantra Cooldown Refund for Basic Attacks: 1/1.5/2 (levels 1/7/13) changed to 1 (at all ranks)

R - Mantra

  • Cooldown: 45/42/39/36 seconds changed to 40/38/36/34 seconds

Lee Sin

  • Base Attack Damage Growth: Changed from 3.2 to 3.7

Nidalee

  • Base Attack Damage : Changed from 61 to 58

Pantheon

Q - Comet Spear

  • Damage: 75/110/145/180/215 (+1.0 bonus attack damage) changed to 70/100/130/160/190 (+1.15 bonus attack damage)
  • Critical Damage: 155/235/315/395/475 (+2.0 bonus attack damage) changed to 155/230/305/380/455 (+2.3 bonus attack damage)
  • Mortal Will Bonus Damage Ratio: 1.0 attack damage changed to 1.15 attack damage

E - Wild Rush

  • Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds changed to 20/18/16/14/12 seconds
  • Attack Speed: 30/35/40/45/50% changed to 20/25/30/35/40%

Trundle

Passive - King's Tribute

  • Heal From Nearby Enemy Death: 2/3/4/5/6% (levels 1/5/9/12/15) changed to 2-7% (levels 1-18)

W - Frozen Domain

  • Cooldown: 15 seconds at all ranks changed to 15/14/13/12/11 seconds
