League of Legends Patch 10.5 Top Lane Changes: Full List of Changes

League of Legends Patch 10.5 top lane changes were included in the patch notes Tuesday as fans await the fifth balance change of Season 10.
Riot Games focused on the top lane this patch balancing certain items, turret plating and adjusting how strong some champions are in the role. Here's all of the top lane changes in League of Legends Patch 10.5.

League of Legends Patch 10.5 Top Lane Changes
Turret Plating
- Gold Per Plate increased to 160
- Ranged Resistance (NEW): Turret plates take 17% reduced damage from ranged champions
- Outer turret armor and MR decreased to 15/50/85/120/155 (at 0-4 plates lost)
- Bulwark resistances increased to 45 per nearby enemy champion past the second
- Outer turret armor and MR after plates fall unchanged at 40
Blade of the Ruined King
- Passive: Basic attacks deal bonus physical damage on hit equal to 8% of target's current health for ranged users, 12% of target's current health for melee users
Ravenous Hydra
- Lifesteal increased from 12% to 18%
- Active radius increased from 400 to 450
- Active center point changed to at your basic attack range (up to 200 distance)
Titanic Hydra
- Passive damage to primary target now 5(+1.5% user's max health)
- Passive damage to secondary targets now 40(+3% user's max health)
Spectral Sickle
- Partner in Crime: Tribute procs now require an ally (even dead ally champions) within 2000 range (also affects Harrowing Crescent)
Boots of Mobility
- Cost increased to 1,000 gold
Boots of Swiftness
- Movement speed increased to 60
