Here is the League of Legends Patch 11.6 jungle tier list covering the best and worst champions to use in the role.

League of Legends Patch 11.6 Jungle Tier List

S-Tier - Hecarim, Udyr, Elise, Kha'Zix

Although Hecarim received a nerf, he is still quite powerful (especially in the late game) as a jungler. Kha'Zix and Elise are a handful for the enemy team to deal with once they have their core items, particularly our friend from the Void who can one-shot squishies before they can react to a gank. Udyr has an insanely strong early game phase, and while he does struggle later on, if he is fed enough he can also be a strong pick.

A-Tier - Kindred, Lee Sin, Xin Zhao, Volibear

After receiving some changes, Xin Zhao's passive allows him to heal more than before even if his Q ability was nerfed. Volibear himself has received some buffs that will help him out with clearing the jungle, something that Lee Sin and Kindred can do well already. Granted, both Kindred and Lee Sin have a high skill ceiling, but once mastered these champions can deal high amounts of damage and clear jungles swiftly.

B-Tier - Master Yi, Vi, Jax, Rengar, Shyvana

Stuns, slows and armor breaking are just a few of the crowd control elements found in this tier. Despite being strong champions, they may struggle more than champions in higher tiers when playing against their counters.

C-Tier - Pantheon, Gragas, Trundle, Nidalee

These champions are only efficient, with certain core items. Gragas and Nidalee use up insane amounts of mana during the early game, while Pantheon and Trundle (despite being tanky) do not deal as much damage contrary to their late game.

D-Tier - Teemo, Camille, Qiyana, Zed

Mushrooms have become a symbol of nuance to many players in the community, and despite being able to deal a significant amount of damage in the early game Teemo is not efficient later on (generally.) The opposite can be said about Camille, Qiyana and Zed who depending on the build they strive for can deal damage. However, all of these champions are weak to their counterparts and have a difficult clearing the jungle. Which can be problematic when being the jungler of the team.
