League of Legends Patch 12.15 Preview
By Lina Hassen

League of Legends Patch 12.15 is coming out on August 10, alongside a variety of new Champion and system adjustments. League of Legends Developer Matt Leung-Harrison, known as @RiotPhroxzon on Twitter, posted a preview of the changes coming to the new patch. Here's all the information we got from the Patch 12.15 preview.
The main Tweet makes special note of changes to Master Yi and Taliyah. Master Yi is considered too strong across all ranks, resulting in nerfs for him, as well as a nerf to Taliyah's E uptime. Other Champions being nerfed inclide Qiyana, Sivir, Gwen, and Kalista.
Notable: We're happy with where Yi has ended up across skill brackets, but he's too strong across the board.

Buffs are coming to Jungle Lillia, Singed, Rammus, Leona, Thresh, Kennen, Akali, Zed, Shen, and Lee Sin. System buffs are also coming to Mercurial Scimitar and Silvermere Dawn, with nerfs coming to First Strike and Divine Sunderer.
This patch has significantly less major adjustments than previous patches from 12.10 to 12.14, indicating the game is finally stabilizing to what the developer's want the game state to be post the durability update. We also may see additional changes and adjustments being made to the game once Patch 12.15 is released.
