League of Legends Patch 13.24 preview is here as Matt Leung-Harrison, also known as RiotPhroxzon, posted the list of upcoming balance targets for champions.
Patch 13.24 is set to be the final patch of Season 2023 and the year as a whole. The World Championship has come and gone, players can now partake in Preseason festivities on the PBE, and those on the Ranked ladder are pushing for the highest rank possible before the new season begins. Before Season 2024 though and the boatload of new changes set to arrive, there's one more balance patch going live alongside in the introduction of Hwei.
Hwei is set to be an absolute gamechanger to League of Legends. Hwei's kit has drawn comparisons to Aphelios and Dota 2's Invoker.

League of Legends Patch 13.24 Preview: All Champion Buffs and Nerfs
Here's the full list of champions targeted for buffs or nerfs for Patch 13.24, per RiotPhroxzon:
Champion Buffs
- Azir
- Braum
- Galio
- Gragas
- K'Sante
- Leona
- Lucian
- Mordekaiser
- Pantheon
- Qiyana
- Vel'Koz
- Zeri
RiotPhroxzon went into further detail regarding the champion buffs. No exact numbers were mentioned, focusing more on reasoning and explanation behind the buffs. For example, K'Sante's upcoming buffs are aimed at adding a bit more power back into the top laner. Riot Games felt like the changes last patch to K'Sante were solid, but they were too much of a nerf.
Lucian is getting a buff as well as the team is trying to find a better identity for the marksman who was originally tied to Nami heavily earlier this year. The most interesting buffs for some are those coming to Galio and Zeri.

Briar continues to be targeted with nerfs, as RiotPhroxzon details that these changes are aimed at balance regarding her lethality and bruiser builds.
