Data Cards provide fun effects that allow you to apply a comedic effect or earn more Studs. In total, there are 19 Data Cards that are hidden throughout the explorable universe.
With that in mind, here are all the locations for the Coruscant Data Cards.

Lego Star Wars the Skywalker Saga: Coruscant Data Cards Locations
Federal District Data Card Location
To acquire the first Data Card, head to the northwestern section called the Senate View from the North Landing Pad of the Federal District. Then, drop down onto the platform and follow the walkway. You'll find a forcefield blocking off a small room where the Data Card is. Deactivate the forcefield and retrieve the Data Card.
Uscru District Data Card Location
To get this next one, head to the Coco Thoroughfare on the southern side of the Uscru District. The Data Card will be on a floating building. The best way to obtain the Data Card is to approach the building and hop the fence. Afterwards, jump across the gap. From there, run to the far side of the area and you'll find the Data Card.
