With this signing, Jaru is getting his first shot in the OWL, having played for Team Envy in the North America West Contenders division for the past year. During his time on Team Envy, Jaru helped the team win the first two seasons in their division with flawless 7-0 records.
The offseason has been busy for the Gladiators, with the team almost completely revamping their roster, with the Finnish support duo Jonas "Shaz" Suovaara and Benjamin "BigGoose" Isohanni being the only remaining players from the previous roster. The team's new signings include a tank line consisting of Indy “SPACE” Halpern, Son “OGE” Min-seok, Kim “Bischu” “Aaron” Hyung-seok, and Roni “LhCloudy” Tiihonen with Kim “birdring” Ji-hyeok and Chris “MirroR” Trinh filling the DPS roles, and Nolan "Paintbrush" Edwards also playing support.
