Overwatch creator Kocq has recreated the Summer Games classic Lúcioball using the new Overwatch Workshop.

Kocq places their version of the game on a floating platform outside of King's Row, and though it lacks the polished visuals of Blizzard's official Lúcioball, this Overwatch creation adds a few of its own twists to the formula.

Kocq's version allows players to swap between the original Lúcioball ultimate, which launched the ball instantly, and the revised version that's been in use since 2017 that provides a speed boost and cooldown reduction.

Players can also tweak the ball's settings to make it lighter or heavier and change the team colors on the map.

The mode features random spawns and freeze time, displays the score in your team's colors, and even sports some limited wall riding ability. To start the game, players must add a Lúcio AI to team 2, though this Lúcio will not affect gameplay.

Players can test the mode for themselves with the code PAN76.
