By Max Mallow
Madden 22 Week 2 roster update is upon us and players are checking in to see who the best performers were from the latest round of NFL games.
Each week, EA Sports updates rosters based on real life performances. The week was capped off by a dominating performance from the Green Bay Packers defeating the Detroit Lions. One player in particular should lead the way when it comes to upgrades this week.
Here's a look at five players who should get upgraded in the Madden 22 Week 2 Roster Update.
Madden 22 Week 2 Roster Update: 5 Players Who Should Get Upgraded
1. Aaron Jones - RB - Green Bay Packers
If the first choice wasn't obvious, Aaron Jones is set for an upgrade. EA Sports even shouted him out on Twitter during the Monday Night Football game and added the hashtag Ratings Adjustor. Jones had 115 total yards and four total touchdowns leading the way for the Packers.
2. Cooper Kupp - WR - Los Angeles Rams
The connection Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp are forming is becoming must-watch football. Kupp was dominant against the Indianapolis Colts with nine receptions for 163 yards and two touchdowns.
3. J.C. Jackson - DB - New England Patriots
J.C. Jackson continues to prove doubters wrong by being one of the best ball-playing defensive backs in the game. He played spoiler in Zach Wilson's home debut for the New York Jets picking the rookie off twice.
4. Derrick Henry - RB - Tennessee Titans
Christian McCaffrey might be the highest rated RB in the game currently, but it might not be for long if Derrick Henry continues to dominate like he did Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. Hery rushed for 182 yards and three touchdowns with a long of 60.
5. Derek Carr - QB - Las Vegas Raiders
Derek Carr had yet another strong performance leading the Raiders to a win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Carr was 28 for 37 with 382 yards and two touchdowns. Carr is just 81 rated and should be set to receive a boost.
