Man of Medan Release Date: When is it Coming Out?

Man of Medan release date was announced Monday as anticipation builds for the next entry in The Dark Pictures Anthology.

The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan is an upcoming horror adventure game from Supermassive Games and Bandai Namco. Supermassive is the same company behind the well received Until Dawn. It also plans to add a new game to The Dark Pictures Anthology every six months, according to Engadget.

Man of Medan Release Date: When is it Coming Out?

Man of Medan is scheduled to come out Aug. 30 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It is being developed with Unreal Engine 4 and the premise has characters trying to survive aboard a ghost ship.

The game's premise will feature players making quicktime choices, akin to that of Until Dawn. Perhaps it's poised to overtake the cult classic Ghost Ship film as the best piece of media surrounding haunted ships.

Those who pre-order the game before release will get early access to the Curator's Cut.
