Manchester City FIFA 20 became the talk of the town after the Premier League club was banned two years from UEFA competitions and fined 30 million Euros on Friday.

The reigning Premier League champion is barred from competing in either the Champions League or Europa League for the next two years, UEFA announced Friday.

Manchester City's UEFA ban does not affect FIFA 20 Ultimate Team content. Manchester City UCL cards will continue to appear in packs for the rest of the game's cycle.

Additionally, UEFA Road to the Final items will remain intact. The club is not disqualified from the current Champions League competition. If Manchester City does continue to advance in the competition, those cards will receive upgrades.

Riyad Mahrez, for example, is due for an upgrade if the side advances past Real Madrid in the Round of 16.

Of course, if the UEFA ban is upheld, Manchester City players will not receive UCL or UEL items in the next two FIFA Ultimate Team editions.
