Mario Kart Tour character rarity will determine how often you can pull a certain character from a pipe. Here are all the characters and their rarities in Mario Kart Tour.

Normal Rare
- Koopa Troopa
- Baby Daisy
- Baby Mario
- Baby Peach
- Shy Guy
- Dry Bones
Super Rare
- Mario
- Peach
- Yoshi
- Daisy
- Toad
- Toadette
- Bowser
- Donkey Kong
- Diddy Kong
High End
- Metal Mario
- Peachette
- Pauline
- Mario (Musician)
- Dry Bowser
When you start the game, you'll get either the Super Rare Toad, Toadette or Peachette.
Normal characters have a 5% pull rate, Supers have 1%, and High End characters will appear .3% of the time. High End characters that are featured for events will have a 1% pull rate. The rarer the character, the more points you earn in races.
The current featured character is Mario (Musician), who will be available for the New York Tour.
