Mario Kart Tour Gold Pass Not Working: What to Do
The Gold Pass is a subscription that will give you 200cc races and increased rewards for completing races. You might run into problems with your Gold Pass if you want to transfer your data to a new phone.
Even if you link your Nintendo account to your mobile store account, you won't be able to access your Gold Pass at first when you log in on a new phone. You can fix this by going to buy the Gold Pass again, and hit Complete Purchase. You should get your Gold Pass benefits back now.
There was an issue going around that if you had multiple accounts on a single device, you wouldn't be able to access the game. Nintendo has since fixed this on their end, and you can try resetting your device.
Of course, you should also make sure your game is updated to the most recent version. Remember, if you signed up for the free trial of the Gold Pass, you will automatically be billed if you don't manually cancel it.
