Missing Curators is one of the more difficult side missions to locate and begin in The Division 2.
Missing Curators The Division 2 - Where to Find the Mission
To locate the side mission Missing Curators, players will need to locate the NPC Olivia Vance. Olivia Vance is located in the East Mall area of the map.
Players should start at the Choke Control Point. Next go north until you cross Indepdence Ave SW and head up to the building with three domes on the outside. Turn left to the ramp and head down into the underground entrance. The entrance should have "Manning Institution" written above it. Walk through the blue door, down the stairs, and continue the pathway. You'll find Olivia Vance and unlock the Missing Curators secret side mission.
