MLB the Show 19 RTTS Tips: How to Succeed in Road to the Show
The first decision you make in MLB the Show 19's Road to the Show mode is choosing your character's archetype. Be sure to choose an archetype that the game suggests for the position you want to play.
When getting drafted, you'll want to join a team weak in the position you want, ultimately, to play. Once you're on the team, focus on getting on base and driving in runs while maintaining your defensive play.
Training exercises are just as important as on-field performance in terms of stat improvement, as they raise stat caps. Pick exercises for stats whose caps you're nearing to make sure you always have room to improve.
When faced with Dynamic Challenges, it's often better to choose the option with which you feel most comfortable rather than the most difficult one, as some stat gains are better than none.
